I specialize in working with those living with memory loss, individuals with Parkinson's disease, and those who support them

Research has shown that individuals have better outcomes when they understand their diagnosis and take an active roll in managing their disease. My disease management approach helps individuals with dementia and Parkinson's and their care partners gain insights and develop tools to address current needs and prepare for the future.
In addition to offering counseling and dementias coaching services, I provide individual and group Cognitive Stimulation Therapy sessions for those with mild to moderate dementia.
